This is the start of something special. 

My name is Allie Berryhill, and I’m the photographer, hairstylist, and professional hype woman behind Cactus & Kisses. I capture love stories for couples who want to do things THEIR way—whether that means barefoot on a red rock cliff, splashing through a river in Zion, or running around a field with your dogs at golden hour. Nothing is off limits.  

This blog? It’s not just a space to show off pretty pictures (though don’t worry, there’ll be plenty of those). It’s a space for storytelling. Real stories, behind-the-scenes moments, tips to help you plan the elopement of your dreams, and honest conversations about what love actually looks like. Maybe even a few vulnerable shares from my own journey—because I believe the best photos are born from connection, and I want you to feel like you know me before you step in front of my lens. 

I’m not here to make you pose like a mannequin or fake some Pinterest version of love. I’m here to capture your love story. Wild, soft, messy, in love, and authentically YOU.
